The Best day in Salt Lake City so far!!

So on Friday me and my friends wants to go to another temple on our tour de temples, but everyone was either sick or just couldn't come. So there I was all dressed up to go to the temple and know one to go with me. So I had a decision go back to bed or go to the Salt Lake City Temple?????? Let me tell you I wanted to go back to sleep!!! But I decided that I was going to go to the temple today so I am going. So in Alabama when we wanted to go to the temple it took two hours to get there. Here it take me 2 mins! Can I just say I love it!! So I usually go to the temple at night when everyone and there mother is there and it takes like 3 hours to get in and out. Well on friday I walk in and no one was there. It was so weird and AMAZING!!!!!!! I loved it!! The temple workers were so nice. Oh and I loved how there was no one talking!! So usually we can only do 3 baptisms because of the line but since no one was there I was able to do like 20+, they stopped when another person came. I loved it. So when I left the temple I was in and out in 30 mins!! So since I had nothing plained for the day I decided to stay on the temple grounds for a bit. So I went to both of the Visitor Centers and I went to this chapel that the saints had church services in and it was made out of the stones that they didn't use for the temple. It was really cool. Oh I also watched Legacy in the Visitor Center. SO GOOD!!!! It was just a spiritual day and I loved it!!

1 down. 13 to go!!

So me and my friends have decided to take a tour of the temples!! We are calling it Tour de Temples!!!! We are going to go to all 14 temples in Utah. Every friday we go on a little trip to a temple and do baptisms for the dead. Last week we went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple!! It was so amazing!!

Interior Design Project.

So I have finished my first really hard Interior Design project. What we had to do was get a piece of wall paper and copy it exactly. I picked this bird house. let me tell you this was super hard!!! I started this project at 4pm and ended it and 5am. I couldn't stop because I was so into it. We only had 6 colors and had to make all the colors out of those colors. It was so HARD!!!!! But I am so happy with the result. It was totally worth staying up that late.

So everyday me and anna walk down to our mail box and every day i hope for something. and everyday nothing...... well yesterday i opened it up and there was the amazing white sheet of paper that said you have a package come and pick it up. i was so excited!!!! :D so i went and got it! I was from my mom!! I love her!!

Soo.....

So today I decided to drop two classes. I decided I couldn't do it. After i did so I had my first melt down of college. It was bad I was standing in a corner and crying on the phone with my sister. Thank goodness she can calm me down. Because I had Missionary Prep Class in like 15 mins. After the melt down i knew that it was the right choose. What was I thinking when I signed up for 18 credit hours???? I think I was hoping i could do it, but i knew i couldn't. So know that I am in reality I am good. A weight is lifted off my shoulders. So now i am taking 13 credit hours. That is a big difference. So I will most likely get a job at j jill, for like 10 hours a week. I am going to go talk to them tomorrow after class. Well this is the first out of many melt downs I will write about. So I'm off to my next class hopefully i will meet some cute boys!!

my life so far in Salt Lake City!!

So I have decided to change my name of the blog to Cassieisms. It is a family joke, and i wanted a cool name. So there you go.

Well College hasn't started yet. But me and Anna have moved in to our dorm and we have gone to orientation. Which was way fun!! On friday we meet everyone, and we met some of our teachers. Then last night we had a Carnival Party thing. Which turned out to be way fun! We met tons of people and some cute boys! woot woot! During the party we met some girl from our dorms so we walked back with them, and we decided we weren't tired so we got in our pj's and made some popcorn and went downstairs and watched some movies! We got down there and there was other girls down there so we made some more friends. It was really fun!!! And today we are going off to church! There are 2 wards here, and 9 o'clock and a 1 o'clock, we are in the 1 o'clock thank-goodness!! And tonight we are having a special fireside byElder Richard G. Scott!!!!!

UTah!!

so me and my dad drove from Alabama, my home state, to Utah. Where I will be living for the next two years. Maybe even longer I don't know. But since I have been here I have had tons of fun! I had dinner at my aunt di's, hung out with di and lu (we went baby shopping!), had dinner with the blake family ( and had tons of fun), and I have waiting for like 3 hours for my mom to get here! Her plane has been delayed and canceled like a million times! UGH. But when I move into my dorm I will post pictures.
